Hi, I'm Andrea, and I play as hard as I work! Most of the time, my best inspirations come from being outside. I like white space and wide open spaces! I have over 10 years of graphic design experience which includes logo design, brochure design, and book composition and production. To expand my design capabilities and move with the push of technology, I now hold an AS Degree in Web Design. The websites I create are visually pleasing and are based on web standards and best practices.
On the weekends, you can find me kayaking the Wekiva River, or biking on the West Orange Trail. Once in a while, you'll catch me in North Carolina or Virginia heading to a music festival, climbing a mountain, or hiking a trail in search of a waterfall. I also enjoy antiquing, making jewelry, and photography.

With over a 10 year track record in graphic design I understand the difference between CMYK and RGB, 300 DPI and 72 DPI! Corporate identity, brand collateral, large format, flyers, brochures, ads, book covers, logos, t-shirts... I can do that! All printers are a little different. I take the initiative to get printer specs and follow their protocol to make sure the final product is top quality.
I create visually pleasing and functional websites customized to fit clients' needs. My websites are built using HTML and CSS, and are fully compliant with W3C guidelines. I have created ecommerce websites using the Magento platform and found it easy to navigate the back end to make changes and customize the template. I was the web developer with Darkhorse Creative for the Blair Dog Productions Website (blairdog.com) that won a Gold Louie Award from the Advertising Federation of Louisville.
